Stop the procurement stuff and instead do:

 1. Marketing

If you can package up a narrative that explains your vision, strategy, features and benefits, then you'll be infinitely better at getting others to work with you.

2. Sales

If you can leverage the attention you've created from marketing procurement's value and then convert that attention into collaborative deals, now you're closing.

3. Operations

If you can set up simple systems within a larger buying ecosystem that end users and stakeholders enjoy, feel comfortable with and use, you're sales will increase.

Then, let the feedback loop happen.

You system works, creates word of mouth marketing, closes more sales, more people in the system.

It's not that you won't do procurement, you will, but show that by doing... not talking about it, nobody cares.
