- people’s expectations
- tech infrastructure
- and many more

Not to mention the price.
The return on investment.

Procurement, whether a company officially has it or not, does get done.

But how well it gets done differs.

And if you think about it as a strategic function, it’s a pretty amazing competitive advantage.

I mean, it’s kinda hard to be in business without the things you need to do the work.

Spend that company money wisely.
